About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Brand Designer to lead the creation of sophisticated brand identities. In this role, you will design logos, develop comprehensive visual identity systems, and produce detailed brand guidelines that ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with strategists and creative leads to elevate our clients’ brands.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of impactful and distinctive logos that capture brand essence.
Develop complete visual identity systems including typography, color schemes, iconography, and imagery.
Create detailed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital and print platforms.
Collaborate with brand strategists, creative directors, and marketing teams to align design with brand strategy.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering creativity and skill development.
Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to maintain innovative and high-quality work.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
5–8 years of professional experience in brand design, visual identity, or related roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, visual identity systems, and brand guidelines.
Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
Proficiency in both digital and print design requirements.
Requirements and Skills
Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
Excellent conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
