About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to oversee projects, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of services. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate internal teams, and drive client satisfaction while supporting the growth of our agency.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, managing communication and expectations.
Supervise project execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams including creative, marketing, and strategy to deliver client objectives.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing updates and solutions as needed.
Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to new business initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or project management, preferably in an agency environment.
Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
