About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality websites. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in WordPress to create custom themes, plugins, and responsive websites that deliver seamless user experiences. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to bring web projects from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
Ensure websites are fully responsive, fast, and optimized for performance.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement website designs accurately.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors.
Implement SEO best practices and ensure websites follow web standards.
Stay updated on WordPress trends, tools, and technologies to improve development processes.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–6 years of experience in WordPress development.
Strong portfolio of WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Familiarity with website optimization, security, and SEO practices.
Requirements and Skills
Expert knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugin development.
Proficiency in front-end and back-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).
Ability to convert designs into fully functional WordPress websites.
