About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual assets across print, digital, and social media platforms. In this role, you will lead the design of marketing campaigns, contribute creative ideas, and integrate UI/UX principles to enhance user experiences. You will work closely with marketing, branding, and creative teams to deliver visually compelling and strategically aligned designs.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of print and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
Create engaging social media creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Develop campaign visuals and creative concepts that drive brand engagement.
Apply UI/UX knowledge to improve digital experiences and interfaces.
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to ensure design consistency.
Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in agency or marketing environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, social media, and campaign design work.
Experience integrating UI/UX principles into design projects.
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers.
Requirements and Skills
Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and digital experience design.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
