About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Art Director to lead our design teams and elevate the visual quality of all creative output. In this role, you will develop compelling creative concepts, oversee the execution of visual projects, and ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and brand consistency. You will work closely with creative directors, designers, and strategists to bring innovative ideas to life.
Responsibilities
Supervise and guide design teams to achieve exceptional creative output.
Develop and implement creative concepts across various brand touchpoints.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of visual execution across projects.
Collaborate with creative directors, brand strategists, and marketing teams to align designs with brand strategy.
Mentor and support team members to foster skill development and creative growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovative design techniques.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in design or art direction, preferably in branding or agency environments.
Proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering high-quality visual projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative concept development and visual execution.
Requirements and Skills
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
