About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and shape the visual and verbal identity of our clients’ brands. You will oversee all creative output, ensuring consistency across design, content, and brand messaging. Lead and mentor design, content, and creative teams to achieve exceptional results.
Collaborate with strategists, marketers, and clients to translate brand objectives into compelling creative concepts.
Develop innovative campaigns and design solutions that enhance brand identity and engagement.
Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in a branding or agency environment.
Proven track record of leading successful design and content projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual identity, branding, and campaign development.
Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
